Middletown’s Neighborhood Watch program, operated by Middletown Division of Police, will meet at Central Connections on Thurs., Nov. 16, at 7:00 PM. Identification Detective Vince Lovejoy will review information about safety and crime in Middletown neighborhoods. The meeting is open to all Middletown residents.
